Soup chop carrots ( 1 bunch) no green tops. , 1 yellow onion, garlic cloves ( 3 or to your liking) sauté in ghee or oil of choice - after sautéd add peeled ginger ( 1 tbsp’ish) - add 2 C of broth - s&amp;p to taste- boil to simmer 20 minutes Meanwhile - Cabbage PreheAt oven 400* Slice into 4 wedges- try to keep each wedge in tact- pour olive oil, s&amp;p Garlic butter- heat up ghee or any butter ( 2-3 tbsp) add minced garlic till brown. Sonr burn it. Allow butter to heat but not smoke. Set aside. Soup- transfer to blender and blend. I added pinch of brown sugar, turmeric and touch of heavy whipping cream for texture. ( not necessary) Taste for approval or add more spices at this point. Take out soft And lightly browned wedges, brush garlic butter on wedge. Enjoy. You can also throw some of the cabbage into the soup!</image:caption>

Here’s a simple recipe that can be used as a topping, salad, or even stuffed in an arepa or burrito! Get creative. Need: Olive oil Lemon juice S&amp;p Maybe an apple? Do: Rinse veggies Slice kohlrabi ( I used a mandoline: Sharp! Careful! But a sharp knife used carefully works. Cut it in half first, it’s easier) Add lemon juice, olive oil ( you could whip these together first; my preference for a creamy texture ) I like the 2 parts olive oil, 1’sh part lemon juice S&amp;p to taste I added a sliced apple for a little extra and chopped parsley found in last weeks bag! Tossed the box, washed our hands and stuck the pizza back in the oven. NEED Rainbow chard ( thank you @freckerfarms for this beautiful green) Coco oil S&amp;p Eggs ( we used duck eggs that you can buy from @cufarm ) Leftover pizza DO Stick pizza In the oven to warm it up Sauté your chard in oil add lemon juice Make a little pocket in the middle of the pan ( add some more coco oil) and fry your eggs Cover to cook up the whites more Uncover, sprinkle with seasoning of your liking, flip eggs.
